great all round rate! (Capital One)

I applied for a capital one card when it had a special introductory rate of 6.99%( - its even lower now adays) This lasted for 6 months. But their ordinary rate really is not bad at all at 11.99% some cards like barclaycard charge 19% so you save all round. Its very easy to transfer balances to this card - one phone call is all it takes! It does not have an annual fee like some cards do! I would recommend that if you have got a bit of a credit card debt transfer it onto one of these cards you'll definetly save some money even when the introductory rate runs out.
