I decided to sign up for a Cineworld Unlimited card in October last year. This was when looking at the value of £11.99 I realised that going twice a month, at the going rate of £7.30, was costing me more than this card would per month.

Signing up for the Unlimited card is really easy. Just enter your details on the Cineworld website and put in a photo and you are away. It will take a few working days to receive your finalised Unlimited card but you can use it on the day of purchase by having a print out of your finalised details. I got my card through after 5 working days and this is now seen by cinema staff as your source of ID. Once you have purchased this card you can go to any cinema (outside of central London) as much as you like. You can also purchase a central London ticket for a slightly higher amount. You pay for your Unlimited card by direct debit every month or you can pay in bulk for a whole year but this will not give you any savings.

What's great about having this card is that when those dull and boring days come and those days just before pay day when you have barely a few pennies to scrape together, you can pop down to your local cinema and watch the latest releases. I would say since I have purchased this card I have been going on average 8-10 times a month and have now become somewhat of a film addict who loves the cinema even more. I would recommend this card to anyone who has a vague and varied interest in cinema and who goes (or who would like to go) at least twice a month and could do with having a source of entertainment that is there and available at all times, regardless of money in your pocket.
