They have made a complete mess of my store card a/c.. They failed to take a direct debit completely and for all I know my credit rating has been messed up. Tried to call Customer Non Service and gave up after 20 mins listening to music... And it auto system did not take my a/c details either.. kept saying it was wrong.

I have been trying for a month to cancel this card, calling the card customer services phone number five times, each time to be fobbed off with some pathetic excuse as to why the card can't be closed.
