Disadvantages: Will only keep you on if you accrue interest, otherwise will cancel.

Egg canceled my card: I have always paid in full and paid every month on time for 6-7 years! I called to complain, described the situation and no specific reason could be given: only that they checked the credit rating agency, Experian, and decided to cancel my card. Even having allegedly checked with Experian, they were unwilling to tell me why the specific reason why my card has been canceled. I checked my Experian credit report and there is nothing wrong with it! I have got zero owning across the board throughout my whole history. Basically Egg must be lying: they canceled my card because they could not earn profits from me because I never accrued any interest. Solution: boycott Citigroup (the recently acquired Egg)! Personally, I will ensure that none of my immediate relatives have Citigroup products. If someone can post a list of Financial companies owned by Citigroup, then post it here. In addition, boycott any company that associates themselves with Citigroup: and write a letter explaining why!
