I have had an EGG card now virtually since the day they were launched. Never had any problems whatsoever. Website is smooth and easy to navigate, althjough occasionally a tad slow. All email questions are answered within 24 hours. My only gripe is that the cashback offer is being reduced from 1% of total spend to 0.5%. Unfortunately this was the main attraction of the card for me so I am curretly looking elsewhere for a card that offers 1% cashback on all purchases
