Disadvantages: dishonest, grossly inefficient, bureaucratic

I have been a reasonably happy Egg customer for about 12 months. <br>
Five weeks ago my father died - his name is similar to mine. However, he lives miles away at another address and we were not born on the same day!
A few days after he died, I got a letter from Egg (sent to my address) asking my representatives to send my death certificate.<br>
I sent and email and phoned the number given. Two weeks later someone called my mother (at her address) and asked her if what I had told them was true. This lady later called me and had the audacity to claim that my mother had told them that I had died. She promissed to sort everything out.<br>
Guess what? Today I got another letter asking for my death certificate.<br>
I expect Egg has not been around for long enough to understand that people do pass away and that things should be carried out in a less dishonest and idiotic way.
