After some debate i decided after many years in the Credit card wilderness i would obtain a credit card. The reason for this is that for years i had found it increasingly more difficult to get a cinema seat or change for the car park the list is endless and silly in some respects. I was looking for a card with a low interest rate and a nice set up system. I found a card after some searching and thought i had found a Golden Egg. Filling out the forms was a breeze and after a week a card came through saying i was approved. i sent it back and after 1 more week i had my first credit card . Be warned they said now you will pay for even the trivial of things like the pic n mix in motorway cafes. Sure enough they were right i had problems logging on to view my statement until i found they had input the wrong date of birth but once this was done i now see what strange things i and the wife have purchased in seconds ( i have recently found i have ordered a 3 ft birthing ball why i cannot say without seeing Mrs w) but i cannot say a word against the Egg system good all round service and no eggsageration .Activation was done by phone and took minutes with friendly staff a rare commodity nowadays. i know i wont be poached by any other card company in the future if this keeps up.
