I always think that one of the most unfair things about life is that people only ever complain when something goes wrong. So I read this review about "Egg Internet bank - what a nightmare" and decided to share my experiences.

I have been a customer for about 3 years. I have got rid of all my other cards and use this one exclusively.

Because all of my experiences with this company have been positive and I find the web site easy to use and most importantly the products are competitive I am gradually moving more and more of my business to them.

I have transations with this company several times a month and have never had a problem. I use the Egg Credit card with direct debit. I use the Egg Pay system which is marvelous for sending and recieving money over the internet.

I bought my house insurance off them a couple of months ago and was over the moon with the quality of the insurance offered and the price beat everyone else. So when my car insurance comes up for renewal in August I'll be checking Egg out again.

Okay I appreciate that people have problems from time to time, but for the record I for one am a long term, satisfied Egg customer.
