Disadvantages: worst credit card service

I was introduced to EGG card from a friend of mine. I decided to try it out and when to the website to register. However, being an international student staying in UK for 3 years already, I was rejected by them for failing the credit check. But I have been successful in getting my credit cards from other banks without any problems. I tried to contact them but not available. I also noticed that the website is slow and poor. Not actually that great although they are offering some sort of cashback....around 1%. Hence, I decided not to apply anymore for such things on the internet.
