I have been with egg.com for sometime now, and I have never ever found a problem with them. for starters it has been very handy to think that come september I'll be getter a little something back due to the 1% of everything that I buy coming back to me. "I like this" .

I have always found them realiable when it comes to checking my account and another great thing that really shows that the system works is that a few months ago I put an article in the egg.com forum about how I was double charged by a internet company, anyway Egg.com got in touch with this company and sorted everything out, I was refunded by the other company and given a free CD of my choice, but if I had not said anything on the egg.com forum, I would have nothing.

I found there support staff on the phone very friendly and always on my side when there was a problem, and they made me feel very relaxed and at ease.
