Advantages: points to gifts
Disadvantages: weird name
I have had my Goldfish Card for a couple of years now and am more than pleased with it. Firstly, there is no annual fee. I always pay my balance in full so I pay no interest. But my favourite thing is my goldfish points. For every £1.00 you spend you get 1 point. I use my credit card for everything, never paying cash or writing a cheque unless it is really necessary. Therefore, my balance is quite high every month and my points go up and up. These points can be exchanged for a number of things. You can use them to recieve upto £75.00 off your gas or electricity bill if it is with British Gas. You can also have Asda, Marks & Spencer,Boots, Halfords,Dixons,Currys or PC World gift vouchers. They also supply guides for buying things from computers to second hand cars. Their customer service is excellent. My credit card was stolen and used recently and they quickly cancelled the card and supplied me with a new one. If you can use a credit card to within your budget this is a good way to treat yourself for being good. Even if you can't, you can still get a treat!
