Well, I've expirienced lots of problems with the bank itself, because their sistem constantly loses data and it is hard sometimes to get through to a "living person" by phone.

I've tryed to register for their phone banking facilities- and tryed again and the third time-
the amount of forms to fill in is countless, at last we sent them all, but just to recieve a letter that my signature is not the same as they recorded it before, so they advised me to go to my branch to do all over again (and all this after such waist of my personal time). I gave up and started to do my banking with another bank.


In my opinion they charge you a lot -for any missuse, and you don't get the service that you want for that amount.

I've been banking with them for almost three years and there was not a single year where I didn't have any problems.


My advice for those who will decide to give them a try is to keep your reciets for as long as you are not sure about where your money went. Good luck:)
