I had read on another posting that somebody had cashed in their points and picked up a bargain! As I had accumulated a shedload of points I thought that sounds good and got TSB to send me a leaflet.Got the leaflet, listing all of the firms involved and thought I would buy myself a iPad (for free, I thought)Phoned TSB this morning and said I wanted to cash in 6000 points only to be told that they would send me the vouchers but would debit my card £5,400.00 thereby gaining the 10%. I think you will guess what I said. What a waste of time. Loyalty Points? You're having a laugh!!

A couple of months ago I decided it was time I got myself a grown up cedit card rather than the rather rubbish one I took out as a student and which I've got into trouble on a couple of times. I'm a Lloyds customer, and they had already told me I was pre-approved for their Airmiles Duo card, so I read about it online and then ... Read the complete review

I always said to myself that I would never use a credit card as I had heard of different people getting in a lot of debt with them. Last year when I got offered my home I decided to use it for what started out as a few small things. Within a few months my credit card had been maxed out and I was then awaiting my statement bill to make my ... Read the complete review

Visa Electron..... Can buy a diamond ring, pay bills, shop in 99% of on-line and high street retailers, but not at Tesco. In there store is fine, but you try using it to shop on line, not a hope in hell. Any people have an answer as to why, Tesco dont seem to know why!

I am in the process of leaving Lloyds TSB credit card and transferring. I have been with Lloyds for 20 years and have been too lazy to move (their service is good). But when I was a student I used to get penalised regularly and upto £100 could be added to my acc on a monthly basis. Now, occassionally I get the odd £30 added. But I have ... There used to be many problems with retailers accepting any Visa Electron and the company that I used to work for claimed that they were not credited by visa for transactions processed on these cards. I have now had my LLoyds TSB Visa Electron card for 1 month and have found that all major retailers accept it. I have not had a ... Read the complete review

Lloyds TSB is an agressive bank that lives by buying out other banks and then merging them into its own structure. This has resulted in a confusing family of cards that not even Lloyds TSB staff seem to understand. Part of the problem is that Lloyds run a system called 'heritage' which means that staff are not permitted ... Read the complete review

Lloyds TSB’s Trustcard Visa (formerly just TSB’s Trustcard Visa) on the face of it doesn’t look like a particularly good credit card. There is no introductory offers, the interest rate is quite high (22% APR) there isn’t a particularly long payment period. So why have I rated it so well, I hear you ask. Plus. Yes, ...
