Advantages: Good points system with money off vouchers and discount vouchers

Disadvantages: call centre i don't think in UK

I have several Credit Cards and pay my balance off in full every month (although with my M&S card i have had a couple of late payments and will tell you in a minute what happened).

I have been very pleased with my M&S Card and now use it as my main card as i feel the &More points add up quickly and i regularly get my money-off vouchers and also lots of 10% and 20% off certain categories of shopping in store ie. food, ladies lingerie, children's clothes, women's clothes, men's clothes etc... Although they have never said, i think you get the discount vouchers off the categories where you buy from i.e. they track your spending on your card. These discount vouchers can really add up. I put all my shopping, food, petrol and misc. spending on my M&S card to maximise my points. Good points: twice i have missed my payment by a couple of days and when i have phoned up and asked for leniancy so i don't have to pay the charge for late payment they have given that to me - no other card i have had has done that. Bad Points: i think their call centre is out of the UK and i have had a couple of strange conversations but have got what i want from them. Overall i am very happy with my card - and use it over my Goldfish/Barclaycard and Abbey card.
