Money for nothing! (Marks & Spencer Financial Services)
Member Name: mrsgladwin
Advantages: Easy to rack up points that turn into vouchers Disadvantages: Only really worth it if you shop in marks and spencer
My husband hates having credit cards, he's a 'pay in cash so we know where we're up to' kind of guy and hates owing anything to anyone. So when I heard about the M&S card it took some persuading but we signed up for it. We now pay for everything on it! It's great. You earn 1 point for every £1 spent at Marks & Spencer and 1 point for every £2 spent elsewhere, which is any where that accepts Mastercard. Each point equates to 1 penny, so 100 points would give you a £1 voucher to spend in M&S. It might not seem like a lot but it soon adds up. We pay for all our shopping, petrol etc on it, then pay it off in full at the end of the month. Summary: Easy money, works like cashback on your shopping |
