Although I doubt that this will reach M&S credit card services, I'll try anyway.
I received my PIN but not my card. This morning I spent too long on the phone, first waiting for an operator to speak to and then to have to repeat each and every piece of information at least four times. How about employing native English speakers? What is the point of a supposed service? As customers we would like a rea,l efficientl service. Somehow I can't see myself using the card as it is better not to become involved with such a bad set-up.

The M & S credit card I have found it to be very useful and the vouchers sent for me to spend have helped me buy mor eexpensive things that perhaps I wouldn't have considered.
