mbna i24 (MBNA)
Member Name: trevor hopper
Advantages: good benefits if they suit your lifestyle Disadvantages: just cannot do the basics - like issuing cards I had an i24 card which had good benefits that suited me. However I had to abandon it as MBNA do not seem able to do the most basic things like issuing cards within two months, or on occasion never, despite repeated reminders and their assurances that everything was in hand. This happened repeatedly over a lengthy time period and I concluded that I was dealing with a perpetually failing organisation unable to perform the most routine of tasks. Given that the card is geared to high income people who travel a lot this is most worrying as you could be left high and dry. Despite the high cost the service is abysmal. This card needs a financial health warning. Summary: Good scheme for some but operationally a disaster that renders the card dysfunctional |
