I have had my MBNA Gold card, which supports the World Wildlife Fund, for about 4 years. There is no annual charge.

The service from MBNA has been very good, and its great knowing that each time I use my card, a small donation is made to WWF too.

Many retailers have commented on the attractiveness of the card - it has a beautiful tiger picture.Other affinity cards are available, supporting a range of charities. As I always pay my balance in full each month, I cannot comment on MBNA's interest rate.
The 24 hour freephone service is excellent - I can get an up to date balance & details of my payments without waiting for a monthly statement. The level of customer service on this line has always been excellent, in my experience.

I am delighted that MBNA have a web site (at last), which allows me to check my balance, view an up to date statement and pay my bills online.
