Advantages: Automatic Credit Limit Increases, Will Negotiate rates to keep you

Disadvantages: None that I've found

I have been with them for 3 years, and I have to say that I have never had a problem. They were the first (and only) Credit Card company to offer me a Credit Card when I turned 18, and because of a good history with them, I have regularly been offered higher credit limits - THE ONLY CREDIT CARD I HAVE THAT DOES THIS. I was late once, so I called them. No problem! "I can see that you have never been late before, so I'm happy to refund that charge." They review my rates when a promotional rate comes to an end, and will often call me to offer a better rate if I transfer money from another Credit Card company. I couldn't ask for more from them. They are there 24 hrs a day, I can access my account on the internet (www.mbnanetaccess.co.uk), and every time I spend money goes toward my AOL subscription. What more could you want? This is definately the company for anyone who pays their bill on time and wants to feel valued as a customer.
