Mint is a sub-company of the Royal Bank of Scotland. The service I have received from them is absolutely unacceptable and here are MY reasons why: Going Into Credit I put my credit card into credit in order to avoid paying any charges. I was send a letter saying I should phone customer services, which I did so as soon as I got the letter. I was told that customer services did not want to speak to me and that the that letter was sent out automatically. So I thought OK, thats fine, but everytime I logged into my account, online I would also recieve an error message, so I would phone customer services again. I did this in a total of FIVE ... This was my first credit card and I have to say I am extremley happy with it. The application process was really simple as all you need to do is go online and fill in their application form, this is very short only taking me just over 5 minutes and all the questions are short and simple. I found out straight away I had been accepted with this card which was great as I didnt have to wait ages! I recieved the forms I need to sign and return in order to get the card quickly and within 2 weeks the card was in my hand.
