Advantages: Helpful staff

Disadvantages: None

This was my first credit card and I have to say I am extremley happy with it.

The application process was really simple as all you need to do is go online and fill in their application form, this is very short only taking me just over 5 minutes and all the questions are short and simple. I found out straight away I had been accepted with this card which was great as I didnt have to wait ages! I recieved the forms I need to sign and return in order to get the card quickly and within 2 weeks the card was in my hand.

What I really liked about Mint is their customer service as they are always availble on the end of the phone and are always really helpful Every six months they look at your account and wil let you know if they can up your limit if you want them to. I have also rang them to let them know if a one off payment will be slightly late and they have always been fine with this providing I tell them first and I dont get charged.

I think for a first credit card this is excellent your limit starts low which is good as you get to learn about using a credit card instead of just maxing it out and if you ever have any qustions just ring and they'll sort it out!

Summary: Good first credit card

Coupld of things you could do to improve if you want to... first, things like interest rates, minimum payment and fees for late payment etc are they value for money. Second, check your review for typos before you submit.. i know it's easy to miss them cos i do it myself :) x
