Nectar Card is a loyalty card which you can earn points on from many different places, mainly Sainsbury's. You also, unlike most loyalty cards, get a range of place to spend the points at. It was originally a Sainsbury's card but it seems to me to be a lot better than the Tesco Clubcard as you can not only spend it in Sainsbury's but other places ... Read the complete review

I have had a nectar card for a while not and in that time I've racked up nearly 7500 points which, technically, is the equivalent of me spending £7500 pounds. Obviously I haven't spent that much due to 2 points per £1 promotion. 7500 points, brilliant I thought. Any excitement soon disappeared when I saw what I could get. Only looking at the top ... Yes, now you can earn extra nectar points just for filling out some short online surveys for legitimate market research companies via a market reasearch agency that is connected to Nectar. If you don't believe it yourself then go to the nectar website and see. The first survey you fill out is just a joining questionairre and earns you I ... Read the complete review

A nectar card is not my main loyalty cad as I tend to do most of my shopping at Tesco and thus usetheir credit card but lately do find that I shop a bit more often at Sainsbury so decided to get a nectar card. Applying is easy, just pick up a leaflet in store and there will be a card inside, then you can either register online or ... Read the complete review

I have had a Nectar card for ages now, and since I have been living in my own home doing my own shopping, I have noticed the points go up so quickly, it's fantastic! I will give you a rough idea of where you can earn points, how to spend them and the idea of the Nectar card. The Nectar Card itself is a dark purple in colour and is the ... Read the complete review

I was introduced to Nectar Card loyalty scheme/rewards shopping at a Sainsbury’s in town. A young female offered to sign me up and I fell for it, I completed a few forms and was on my way. That must have been a year or 2 ago (I’m not to sure), very quickly I noticed that the size of my shopping bill did not add much in the way of rewards. That’s ... Read the complete review

Apparently rewards taste sweeter with Nectar, so say the adverts anyway. Nectar is a rewards scheme that gives you points when you make purchases at various retailers. These points can then be exchanged for a range of products in the Nectar catalogue as well as money off. The scheme works in two ways. When you sign up they ... Read the complete review

When you shop in Sainsburys you can use a reward card to get points so that the store will give you a bit of money back. Look at the Service counter for their Nectar card. When you get the card the first thing to do is to get it registered. You can do this on line at nectar.com or if you would rather use the landline you can ... Read the complete review

The Nectar card is a good way of saving up your points so that you get vouchers, each one is £2.50, off your shopping. As the nectar card is accepted in Sainsbury's petrol stations and others it is quite easy to build up your balance. It can be used to build up the balance of points in participating stores as well. It is no better or ... Read the complete review

I originally had a BP Reward card that slowly built you up points to spend in Argos. However a while back now BP stopped their reward card and started to use the Nectar Reward Card instead. As I use BP quite often, although not as much as I used too, I figured what the harm I might as well get one. The card was issued to me straight ... Read the complete review

People tend to fall into two categories - they either like loyalty cards or they hate them. I'm someone who likes getting things for free, and so far as I'm concerned, getting a reward for shopping somewhere I'd do my shopping anyway can't be bad. Nectar was originally a replacement reward card for Sainsbury's ... Read the complete review

On the surface this seems to be another wholly negative review from someone who's fast becoming Dooyoo's very own Victor Meldrew. Not so, actually, because although Nectar has recently left me infuriated and rapidly developing an acute case of SARS (Scepticism About Reward Schemes), I'm making a real effort to give this review ...
