Advantages: pay for good oneline offline even bills

Disadvantages: Small fees for toping up and card fee of £4.95 other than that none

I currently have one of theses top up cards.

The only things i don't really like about them are there fees and having to pay £4.95 for the card.

However the good points to it as that you can load the card from paypal with no fees and use just like a normal debit card.

Cash withdrawals you will incur fees for taking money from ATM.

If you buy a lot of things online its grate as there is no fees for buying stuff on-line or in shops you simply load money onto it and pay for your goods.

If you are having problems getting a bank debit card then this is a grate way around it as its just like a debit card but pay as you go.

My card came through within 7days very easy to activate and fund from any pay point or even using you paypal account.

To fund from paypal its free pay point or post-office they are small fees..

So all in all apart from the fees its a real grate service and deal as other top up cards i have seen you have to pay around £10 for them and more fees to activate. they is 2 other prepay cards i have but there fees are an out rage compared to paypal top card.

So far I am very happy with the services from using the debit card and if you have ever wanted to shop on-line and be that little more secure then this is far better option to pay for goods on-line or off-line as you just goto a pay point or paypal key in the amount wait 24hrs to show on your account and then buy what you need to.

Summary: Ccome in very handy if you need to buy online or pay them bills would recommend having one
