RBS Highline Switch Card

I've had my card since July and it's had it's ups and downs. The main reason for getting the card was so that I could do online shopping without going through hundreds, (well a few) cheque books and stamps. So the first thing I did when i got the card, was to go online and buy something. No such luck. First of all, there's no issue number on the card. After a trip to the bank they informed me it was issue 1. So, I tried gadget shop and got "We cannot verify your details" error. Although it is not a credit card, and as such I don't know why it's listed here, the RBoS Switch Card can cause real problems, and so I thought I should warn everyone. Firstly, the good news. I've been a RBoS customer for 3 1/2 years, and I've had few complaints within that time which haven't been at least partly my fault. I've got a student account, which is the same as the adult account 'Royalties', which costs about £4 a month (I think).
