Advantages: You don't have to spend the points just at Sainsbury's

Disadvantages: Takes ages to get anything

I got a Sainsbury's reward card when I went to university, thinking it would save me loads of money on my shopping bills, however, shopping for just one person earns only a few points at a time, so it takes ages to build up enough points to get anything. I only build up my points a lot when they offer extra points when you buy a certain product. I think this card would be good for people who shop for a family. It is good that you can use the vouchers in other shops as well as Sainsbury's, though.
