I have had a considerable amount of hassle with Shell Cards, they either dont work or it is almost impossible to speak to a human being.
Too often the call goes to India or somewhere similar and then one gets someone who one can not understand unless one comes from Southall or Bradford and is fluent in hindu.
When things are going ok it's alright but as soon as there is a problem one might as well give up, I have never had this problem from texaco, both our local garages charge the same.

A big con! We got coupons to earn extra points when paying for fuel but when you hand them over in the garage, you're told they can't be used, with no explanation why! My club card number is 7004052303815210018. I am trying to get hold of Drivers Club Telephone number that the new card they sent to me is not active. I always go to Shell Luton Branch to buy my petrol by credit card but I cannot see any entery of rewards points.

On Saturday 29/12/2007 my hand bag has been stollen and I have last all the credit cards, cheque book and reward cards.
Therefore I request to the management authorities to send a new club card at 26 Treve Aveue, Harrow HA1 4AJ and transfer my existing points on it and make sure it is active.

I have just had my first statement from my Shell Credit card. The 6% promotional cashback on Shell petrol was shown, but there was no reference to the promised 2% promotional cashback for other purchases.
