I have both current account and credit card with smile. Doing this gets you the better rate of 9.9% from smile for your credit card. If you don't have a current account then you could probably find yourself a better deal elsewhere, although not by much.

Security is often of concern when banking on the internet, and i think that this is one of smile's stronger points. The bank loads in a new window, and as well as a pin number they ask for one of five different pieces of personal information. reducing the risk of anyone else gaining access to your account.

I find it useful to keep an eye on my credit card statements online. If there was any dubious payments taken then i would be able to identify this more quickly.

I haven't had to speak to smile customer services since i ws in the proccess of opening my account, although when i did they were most helpful.
