Tesco club card is loyalty card used by majority of Tesco customers. It is free to get. Do minimum of £1 shopping and earn 1p in cashback which is paid 4 times a year. You need 150 points (each point is 1p) to get the voucher to spend in Tesco.

If you haven't managed to get 150 points Tesco will send you vouchers to save money on other things in the store.

Tesco have a strong family policy on this card. Many of discounts are aimed at people with children. Discounts off things for youngsters plus money of day trips to Zoos theme parks and castles. Day trips means triple the points. When you buy a ticket for a day out Tesco will pay 2/3's of what you pay. £4.50 becomes £13.50.

There is no catch with this free card.
Tesco keeps information about what you buy.
I can live with this because this method helps Tesco to improve stock and purchase processes and this means extra savings for Tesco shoppers.
