Get points when you shop at Tesco when you sign up to the Tesco club card scheme, then get 1p for every pound that you spend in store.

WHAT IS A TESCO CLUB CARD?

Well Tesco club card is a card for the valued shoppers of the big brand Tesco and each time you shop you can pick up a point for every pound that you spend, each point is worth 1p which I think is a bit tight as places like Boots give you up to 4 points for every pound that you spend, but anyway back to the point of the good old Tesco club card. Every time you shop there and buy your weekly groceries you can earn points and you can also get points with:- Tesco petrol, Tesco direct .com, Tesco home phone, Tesco mobile, Tesco internet, avis, e-on energy suppliers, Marriott hotels, national tires and auto care, nationwide auto care & the nutri centre @ Tesco, when you spend money with these places you also get 1 point for every pound that you spend.

HOW YOUR POINTS WORK....

Well every quarter of the year Tesco will send you a statement with a coupon with the value of money that you have built up over the three months so for instance if you have collected 600 points you will get a voucher for £6 to spend in store or you can exchange you voucher for shopping vouchers for other shops like Homebase, b and Q AND restaurants but this can change from time to time and be a different shop. You can exchange £10 worth of Tesco vouchers for up to £40 worth of other vouchers for other shops like I mentioned.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A CLUB CARD....
You can pick up an application from inside Tesco stores and all you need to do is fill in your details and send it back in the post to Tesco and then they will send out a club card you can also apply for this club card on the Tesco webpage as I did.

When my club card came through I got a £5 voucher to spend in store which I found as good incentives to join as don't we all like a good freebie!

It is very easy to join with no complications involved as in my case.

WHAT INSENTIVES ARE THERE?

Well each time you receive you club card statement you will also receive 6 bonus vouchers based on the way that you shop to help you get extra points when you shop in store for instance I buy nappies on a weekly basis and Tesco picked up on this buying habit and they send me a coupon for 50 points when I buy a pack of nappies instead of the measly 6 points that I would usually receive.

Once you have recieved these incentives they are very easy to redeem in store.

WHAT I THINK OF THE TESCO CLUB CARD.......

I know you probably think that I have moaned allot about how low the points are but however I shop at Tesco quite allot and spent around £100 each time that I & I also get my petrol from there so I do come out with quite allot of points every 3 months which helps towards my next shop or little treat.

I do like this idea and I think it was a good one from Tesco so it has thumbs up from me.

WOULD I RECOMEND THAT YOU APPLY.....

Yes I would say it would be a good idea if you are a regular shopper of Tesco or some of the listed products above so you can feel rewarded for your custom.
