Tesco club card review

If you do your weekly or monthly shop it is really a good idea to get yourself a club card as they could save you quite a bit of money.

Application process
You can get a club card at any Tesco store and it is easy to fill in if you need it you will be given a temporary card so that you can start clocking up club card points as soon as you apply so there is no need to wait for your permanent card to arrive.

Using your club card

every time you shop in a Tesco's main store express or petrol station hand over your club card at the till to earn points on the items you purchase.
Points can be earn on all items except tobacco and cigarettes and lottery items.

What are points worth.

For every £1 you spend you will earn 1 point or 1p cash back every quarter you are sent a statement containing the vouchers you have earn which you can then take to your local Tesco's and redeem against your shopping.

club card deals
A way to make your points go even further is to turn them into club card deals when you receive your vouchers take them to store and ask to change them to Tesco deals vouchers these are worth a massive 4 times what the normal club card vouchers are worth so if you have £10 of normal vouchers and swap them for deals you will have £40 vouchers instead these can be spent on loads of things including holidays days out magazine subscriptions diy stores and blockbusters rental.
