The tesco clubcard is a store loyalty card that, if used well, can give you great rewards.

In a nutshell you get 1 clubcard point for every £1 that you spend in a Tesco store or petrol station. These points are added together each quarter and are sent to you in the form of vouchers, which can be used instore against your shop or they can be coverted into airmiles or Clubcard Deals - by far the best way of getting the best deal. For every £2.50 clubcard vouchers, you get £10 deal tokens. For example, I have just exchaged £20 clubcard vouchers for £80 worth of tokens to use in Cafe Rouge. A fantastic deal!

How to collect Points.

Shopping in Tesco , recycling shopping bags, Tesco petrol, Tesco Direct, Tesco Mobile, Home phone, tesco.com, Avis, E-on, National tyres and autocare and using a Tesco credit card (1 point for every £2 spent).

I collect the most points from using my credit card. This keeps us happily in points, and therefore we have had some great deals. We saved vouchers over a couple of years and managed to pay for a family holiday to france, We regularly use restaurant vouchers and have enjoyed weekend breaks at Hilton hotels. It really is worth sticking to one loyalty card and then you can reap the rewards.

It is very easy to claim you rewards either by printing out an order form, filling it in and sending it to Clubcard by post or by far the easiest, apply online. The website is easy to navigate. The calculator will tell you how many vouchers you need. Any change will be credited back to your Clubcard account in the next quarter. In my experience the deals arrive within 5 working days or sooner.
