I've had a Tesco Club Card since they were introduced - can't remember when that was now though - a long time.

My feeling is, is that if I'm shopping there I may as well collect points for doing so. 1 point per pound is not too bad for something you would be doing anyway.

Up until a couple of years ago I always used my vouchers in store to just pay for shopping ........... then someone asked me why I didn't use them on their deals brochure. So that is what I now do.

I accumulate about £30 a quarter as I also have a Tesco Credit Card and my Electricity and Gas come from one of there partners. This gives me £120 in Deal Vouchers every three months which I actually find hard to use.

It is easy to "cash" the vouchers in just go on the website choose which sort of vouchers you want, key the code in and hey presto within a week you have them in your possession!

I've used them to pay for a trip to the Tower of London for 8 of us, a trip down the Thames for 8, the London Eye for 4, Boat Trip for 4 and given a load to a group of Zimbabween Scouts who were stuck here following the World Jamboree when their flights were changed by 4 days and they were left with no money due to the inflation rate in Zimbabwe.

There is a good selection of things you can exchange your vouchers for but it is annoying that the deal vouchers you receive are only valid for 6 months.

All in all a good system if you use this shop or credit card.
