Advantages: Wide variety of rewards, really great deals

Disadvantages: None

I'm a great fan of tesco. Great prices, they have everything, and pretty good customer service. But if there is one thing that keeps me coming back to tesco it's the club card reward system.
Its really simple, everytime you shop, you swipe your card and rack up the points. If you join tesco clubs like tesco baby club, tesco healthy eating and tesco good food, you'll get coupons to use for more points with certain purchases. We have the tesco credit card as well, and buy almost everyhting with it, just paying in full at the end of the month to avoid interest. Bringing your own bags helps the environment and brings in even more points.
The points can be used in store, but thats really a waste as you only get face value. Swap them for tesco rewards and you get 4x the value, so £15 in points will get you £60 to use for all sorts of things.
We have always used ours to pay for our ferry trip to Scotland for our yearly holiday. Next year we are thinking to go to Spain instead, and can use the points there too. As we typically have about £300 in rewards, its a big help towards are holiday. We've also used them for days out, admission to activities like Louden Castle, but there are so many rewards to choose from, here are just a few:
Magazine subscriptions
Airmiles
Free meals at many restraurants
Cinema Tickets
RAC insurance
Holiday package deals
You can even use up to £2,000 worth towards a new car!

Summary: Best reward programme ever.
