... and here's why.
I don't shop a great deal at Tesco, probably once a month at most and even then I don't spend a lot. So at one penny per pound spent it did seem a little futile applying for a Tesco Clubcard. Reading the small print it beacame clear that in oreder to receive your quarterly voucher you had to have amassed 250 clubcard points (i.e. spent £250).
At the end of my first collecting period my total was a sad 114 points, so instead of receiving a £2.50 voucher I was sent three vouchers for £2.00 off a £20.00 spend.
All were dated marked for seperate time periods and I used the first to make a futher saving on a couple of CDs (which were already reasonably priced) as Christmas gifts.
So in conclusion even if you don't use Tesco a great deal still apply for a Clubcard and you will be rewarded.
