Advantages: Understandable Advisors

Disadvantages: Poor Customer Service

When i first opened my Tesco card with these i had problems..

I transfered my outstanding balance from my Capital one credit card all successfully, When i was speaking to the advisor i asked him to setup a direct debit. A month came round and i got a letter from Tesco saying i had been charged for missing a payment. I called the Call center up furious because of the charge and because of the impact this would cause on my credit rating. The advisor didnt seem to care that i got the charge and did not raise any incidents... I demanded to hear the call recording but to this day no manager has called me back... So not a good start...

One good point about Tesco i must admit though is that it seems the Call center is based in UK and you actually get someone who speaks english and you can understand!
