Oh what a pain!!!Opening this account was a nightmare. It took ages to open this account- almost all tesco personal fiinance stuff takes ages! I opened this as they had 12 months 0% on purchases in tescos and elsewhere. And the tesco clubcard points that you can gain from this is very minimal. You get 5 points for every £4 spent but if you just use a normal clubcard you will get 4 points for £4 spent anyway. So dont apply for this if you are trying to boost your clubcard ponts. You are better off opening a clubcard plus account but this takes ages to open too. So beware as tescos attract its supermarket customers into thier banking especially by giving away many points when opening an account. Their credit card looks good with strawberries on it but who cares too much about its looks! But if tescos is the only shop you buy stuff and you want to buy now and pay later, then this could be your card!
