In November 2006, a transaction appeared on my credit card statment for £150, then the following month two payments for £115. I knew nothing about these transactions. Tesco refunded the £230. but refused to refund the other as it was chip and pin, in a part of the country I have never been to on a day I can prove I was working elsewhere.. Poor effort and no communication. Not recommended. Ombudsman now involved.
