I'm affraid that the Vanquis Credit Card cannot be given to people who still owe money to other lenders or who's credit file shows details of lack of repayment or arrangements. If you do fall into these catogories - don't bother applying, you won't suceed. Your adverse credit files have to show settled accounts, this is the truth of the matter I assure you all, the same with Capital One. Hope this helps.
