For optimum color accuracy, the display's profiles are measured and stored during production, and the color-Wave is optimized for each display. The Wave technology offers digital uniformity correction over focus, convergence and color uniformity. The Reference Calibrator has a Delta-E rating around one; a difference that can hardly be perceived by the human eye but that is still measurable. Applications such as accurate assessments of transparencies, digital studio camera control etc. benefit from this unique feature, which brings time saving color fidelity.
