Advantages: A great monitor for such a price
Disadvantages: The case is deep and it weighs a tonne
Well with a monitor it does. I bought this Belinea, because a customer asked me for a cheap monitor, with a large screen. At £195 + Vat this one fitted the bill. I wasn't expecting anything, special, as being below £200 it was very cheap. When it arrived I was quite shocked, as the range of resolutions and refresh rates it supported, although nothing amazing were good, with the screen comfortably running at 1280x960, my resolution of choice with a 19" screen. The image was crisp and clear, with no ghosting, a problem usually common with cheap monitors. The OSD used for changing the settings of the screen were also good and easy to use, functioning through the use of a wheel and button combination. On measuring the glass area of the screen, I however found the visible to be less than 19", but the screen is sufficiently big enough for most tasks, so I don't think that this will be too much of a worry. The case isn't anything special, being functional like all Belinea monitor cases. However this one is very deep to accommodate the large tube, and all that glass adds to the weight, making it a bit of a beast to lug around. If you are looking for a cheap 19" monitor go with this.
