The Hansol 710A offers great value for money. The display is a rock steady 85hz at 1024 x 768 (the best resolotion for a 17" monitor). It's very easy to set-up, with the on screen display being very intuitive and the picture is quite good. Colours are clear and I've found no sign of any ghosting. It isn't the world's best monitor but it's not the worst either.
If you are on a tight budget, and want a decent 17" monitor, put this on your short list.
