This monitor is very good. It supports res's to 1600 x 1200, most 17" monitors I looked at only go to 1280 x 1024 at a rubbish refresh rate ( 70 Hz). This monitor supports 1280 x 1024 at 85 Hz and boy can you see the difference. It has 0.26 dot pitch, most at this price are only at 0.28.
