	Iiyama Vision Master Pro 450 ... managed to get this monitor for free as someone else was throwing it out, and it has performed so well that I haven t bothered to upgrade to LCD screens yet, there s no point, it will only mean a drop in performance. It can run at 1920x1440 which is an awesome resolution that is above full HD TVs, and above what most monitors can do unless you spend 200 pounds or more on an LCD. On the other hand it does put out more heat than an LCD (I m sitting in a >26C room right now, but i do have a lot of hardware). This monitor was and is just about the best you can get unless you have a budget of many hundreds to spend, and who knows, you may get lucky and find one for a very... 	Eizo Flexscan F 77S ... is a brilliant monitor with good features and colour. The 21 inch screen is crisp and clear. Its fantastic for photo / video editting and general use. At 1024 x 768 pixels in 32 bit mode you can have a rock solid 120 to 200hz with no worries at all. At 1600 x 1200 it can still show images at 120 hz but the writting is tiny, it can go as high 2560 x 1600 pixels but at that level you only get 60hz. Although its big its foot takes less desk space than my old 19 inch monitor s foot. When you switch it on, it comes on very very fast.
