Advantages: good picture for an FST monitor.

I use this monitor at work. It is a 17-inch monitor. It is not a spectacular monitor but it does what it has to. You cannot compare this monitor to one of the latest flat screen models because this is a FST (flat screen tube) monitor. this monitor isn't bad. The colours are good and the picture is sharp for an FST monitor. If you want to do general work like word processing and internet surfing then this monitor would be a good choice. However, if you are into desktop publishing and CAD, then i think, a flat screen monitor would be better. I personally would prefer a flat screen monitor but they tend to be more expensive. In short, this is a good monitor which does what it needs to do.
