... moniter is a moniter - but I have to say, this one stands out from the rest. I found that the Iiyama VM-Pro413 delivers high performance at a relitavly cheap cost. The screen is absolutly flat - if you stand by the side of it then you will see that there is no bend. This screen is as close as you can get to an official flat screen - at half the cost! Iiyama Vision Master Pro 413 ... an old 17" monitor which was starting to show it's age, I decided it was time to get my wallett out and improve my system which as been self built using parts brought over the Internet. My wife said we had a budget of £150, so off I went looking at the internet companies offering you everything except the World Cup. One week later I was very confused and started to read the high level of computer mags on line for reviews etc. This proved very useful and had soon narrowed now my search down to four monitors, two within my budget and two outside. Iiyama Vision Master Pro 410 ... had got myself burned badly with my first 17" monitor (I won't begin to tell you what happened - maybe another time). I decided I'd do it right this time. I had always considered Iiyama to be high end monitors, a little out of my league, but as I was gathering information, I found that the Vison Master Pro 410 was more and more the monitor for me. I took the plunge and was not disappointed. As soon as I got it out of the box, I knew this was a good piece of kit. Iiyama VM-403 ... to the world of 17" monitors. If you have been somewhat bereft of desk space recently then you will no doubt have missed out on such luxuries. This is no exception space-wise; in terms of depth it is rather large. However there is a reason for this as it is a cathode ray monitor and as such needs a lot of room for the technical wizadry behind it. This model benefits from a maximumm screen resolution of 1600x1200 but to be honest the picture loses its clarity. Technically speaking it is still sharp, but the colours do not converge on the screen giving a rainbow effect to everything.
