I got my monitor as apart of a system from MESH plc last year around mid June (2000). One day later I got home to use my pc when suddenly, click, the monitor wouldn't switch on. I was rather p****d off as it was brand spanking new. So I rang up MESH who told me that it was under guarantee with Mitsubitshi and that I should contact them. SO I rang Mitsubitshi and they were so nice and professional about the whole situation. They said they'll send a brand new one next day by midday. I have been very impressed with this monitor in the few weeks that I've been using it. The flat tube really is sharp, picture quality is excellent right to the edges and the colours are vibrant. When directly in front of the screen, there are virtually no reflection problems, partly due to both the flatness of the tube and an anti-reflective coating. One downside might be that colours are not quite as vibrant as on other 17" monitors using this tube technology. This monitoe from Mitsubishi is really good. It looks really smart and modern, due to it's completely flat screen and makes you wonder how you put up with your old monitor !!! It is VERY anti-reflective which is very good and it has osd (on-screen-display) with many different screen featues that you can change, much more than i have ever seen before on a monitor.
