The FD Trinitron tube also uses new Beam Landing Correction circuitry that allows the same superfine 0.24 mm AG pitch to be used from corner to corner. And the new High Color Purity Control system allows the control of beam landing in every corner as well as top and bottom lines. This ensures excellent color uniformity and image clarity across the screen. The flat tube is also more ergonomic since it reduces reflections. And the integrated Micro Frequency Controller maintains the resolution as recommended by the strict TCO'99 safety and ergonomics standard.
