... first computer came with a 15" monitor, when I got a new computer, I gave my 'old' one to my Sisters. I also gave them the monitor which gave me the perfect opportunity to buy a new one. Samsung Syncmaster 750S ... a big difference this new 17 inch monitor has made to my eyes! It's so much easier to see and read text on he monitor now. I have never been a fan of PC World and I must admit that I only went there because it was Sunday and there wasn't another shop open that stocked monitors. However I'm glad I did go in. These Samsung 750s monitors had previously been on offer at £149 which is very cheap but they had reduced them again to £139. That is an excellent price for a 17 inch monitor. The monitor doesn't weight a lot which pleased me (15 kgs.) The monitor was also simple to install and all it needed was the floppy disc included. You don't have to... Samsung Syncmaster 750S ... have very little less viewable screen than a 17” CRT model, which has about 1” of its diagonal measurement masked off by plastic framework. So, a 17” CRT it had to be, if it’s going to seem any larger than what I’ve got. PC World’s sale was looming large on the horizon, and although I have “slagged-off” their prices elsewhere, £149 for the Samsung SyncMaster 750s seemed to be a bargain, although it’s not something I’ve researched. Samsung Syncmaster 700IFT ... little documentation about the detrimental effects to your eyes cause by staring at warped, blurred, out of focus or flickering images on your monitor. With this in mind, I recently decided to splash out on a 700ift, which was as much as I could afford, but I'm glad I spent the extra cash. I chose this monitor having trawled through numerous websites, comparing specs and reading reviews. Samsung always seem to get good reviews but this monitor really stands out from the crowd.
