Sony does indeed make good monitors since they are also good at making televisions. However, good monitor doesn't come cheap. I am using this monitor in my office and it is the best 15 inch monitor that I ever used. The monitor has a really flat screen and the graphics shown is really crisp, sharp and full of colour. Previously I have used a standard 15 inch monitor and I found that to be way too behind comparing with this Sony 110EST. I can bear to stare in this computer for long without straining my eyes.
