... Philips 14PV334 is a pretty nice TV and was an essential piece of technology in my bedroom for many years. The CRT screen is 14 inches in size, giving you a decent viewing area. Philips 28PW6451 ... ve owned my Philips 28PW6451 for around 8 years and it s performing as good now as the day it was new. Sound and picture quality are both very good, it hooks-up okay to multimedia though I ve only got mine plugged-into an X-box 360 and Sony home theatre but the results considering it s low-level on the geek-score are quite impressive. For a budget CRT TV, and if you can find one of these in good condition, it really does offer incredible value provided your not too tech-savvy you won t be dissapointed! However, like a true victim of fashion, I ve capitulated under peer pressue to upgrade to the new HD world of LCD 1080p 30000:1 contrast resolution - whatever that is... Philips 28PW6451 ... probably when moving to new house as we do not consider having such a monster on a table in living room. It does everything what should. We watch DVD movies, movies from PC by directly connected cable into it and quality is fine. Sound of watching movies and programs is alright; nevertheless we bought Home Theater Cinema system to improve DVD watching experience with 5.1 channels. TV itself Philips 28PW6451 is a 28" flat screen widescreen monitor. It does support image aspect ratio of 16:9, 14:9 and 4:3. Philips 14PV203 ... one in the room, it was old anyway, and this inbuilt one does the job just fine. Also it comes with a nice remote control that is easy to handle and use. The remote control uses 2 AA batteries which was supplied as well. The television can also be connected to other equipment such as satellite, computer consoles, video and also headphones. OVERALL Overall it is a good television but not the greatest in the world. But I do recommend for maybe in a kitchen or spare room. The only thing that let it down slightly was the sound not being crisp enough and not everyone uses VHS anymore. Product info.
